d Anaesthetic service since 2007 at Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital in Hengzhou (pronounced Hungjo), China which helped earn international accreditation with JCI in 2007 and 2010.
Research interests in Pain and Anaesthetics with multiple publications in peer reviewed journals with studies involving anaesthesia for cataract surgery, psychological adjuncts in burns pain therapy, development of new propofol like agents, review of analgesia after cardiac surgery, cultural differences in pain.
Continuing pain interests in cultural factors in pain, post surgical pain syndrome.
Association with Nucleus Network as a special advisor and researcher in new anaesthetic and analgesic agents.
